The Macerator is guaranteed for 2 years so ask me in 2 years if it still works. You can get an extended warranty for those of you rich enough to pay for a registered plumber.

Not installed as yet, but I'm sure it will be quieter than the 20+ year old one it's replacing. We have another Saniflo in our property & no issues with that - does what it says on the box.

The write-up for this item suggests that it is a straight replacement for any earlier model so I expected a quick one out, one in job. In practice, it is deeper from front to back than the old one so I had to move the whole toilet suite forward. Apart from that the unit is fine.

Not yet fitted so can not comment on product.
