So good that when my old one developed a fault (after 5 years - probably due to being in a hard water area) I ordered another immediately. Does exactly what it's supposed to do and saves having to use a kettle. Highly Recommended!

Easy replacement.

We have had a hot tap for 9 years, we replaced the tank 3 years ago, then needed another due to seal leaking. So used to our tap we didn’t have a choice to buy another one... hopefully the seal on this one I’ll last longer...

I wouldn’t say this product is amazing but at least I do not have to have my kettle on display any more!! I think the water filters are pretty expensive.

I have just purchased this iten to replace my old one which has given up the ghost after many years of constant use. I cannot imagine being without it. I use it for hot drinks but also cooking veg ,rice and pasta. It saves loads of time waiting for water to boil.
