Bad service.

Excellent service especially after a previous order whereby myself mistakenly purchased the incorrect
item and yourselves crediting with no fuss. well done!

Item hasn't arrived so can't review the product.
Got a despatch notice so say my item had been shipped.
However, after a week and nothing arriving, I contacted Plumb2u to see what had happened.

I've been told that the item has been falsely labelled as despatched when it wasn't even in stock and wouldn't be for a whole month.

Whether it really will be in stock in a month's time I'm not sure!
Would you trust a company who has already misled you about the delivery of the item already?

Just frustrating I couldn't track online, so didn't know when to expect it, other than it had been dispatched.
