On opening the packing, the contents look in good order, but have yet to install and run the item. Hence just the three stars.

Although the Merchant delivered the product late the boiler was in good and working condition. The pack came at a competitive rate and included the essential parts. Only negative point is that the gas engineer said the Flue supplied was an older version and not the latest flue to go with the Eco fit.
