This will be the third HYCO boiler we have had since 2003. It's an excellent local water heater for the 2nd floor en-suite bathroom in our 3 storey house where the family bathroom and header tank is on the first floor, meaning that there would be negative head on a hot water feed from the HW cylinder. This was the solution. Only problem is that it seems to have a lifespan of about 9 years.

Ideal for small spaces.
