Very unhappy with Stelrad's quality control. The first radiator was damaged in 3 places which appears to have happened pre-despatch and therefore, not 'in transit'! The replacement is not perfect but hopefully, will suffice as the connections are not crumpled (like the first one), the damage can be hidden from the customer and should not affect it's performance. Pretty poor show from what purports to be a 'highly respected' company.
