Part Never arrived ( 3 week waiting ) - I chased Customer services and they say they shipped a new part. I chased again after 10 days. They say the part not available even though they still advertise it.
Customer Services were polite but totally reactive not proactive. Totally not a good experience..
And I ordered from elsewhere and had the item in two days. Why couldn't they say they had no stock !!

Bad service.

Still not received the item and no updates from customer service, won’t use this company again!

Still waiting for the order !!! - was advised on the 12th march it would be 7 days to get from supplier..Heard nothing since.

Very poor service. Slow delivery and when it arrived it was the wrong colour tap . It was chrome not black.

Impossible to leave a review as I have not yet received my order. I have had an email stating it will be 7-10 days. When received I will leave an appropriate review.

Where is my item? How can I leave review when two weeks later there is no item, I left a voicemail, no reply, truly disappointed.

Substandard service bought a ideal vogue max 40
Arrived with parts missing and booklet packs with a manufactured date of nearly 5 years
Paida deposit of £250 pound for a engineer to fit on a specific date but the boiler was unsuitable to be fitted due to parts missing etc
I ran plumb2u on numerous occasions to get this collected the first two attempts sent couriers that wouldn't take it due to size and weight that was.

Pretty sure the item had been installed already.

Oder excepted, credit card charged, when item was not in stock!

Sent an email for an update on my order (still not received). Money taken straight away but product not received. Allowed plenty of time for the product to be delivered but now have to go and buy from another supplier as I have run out!

Received item with broken leg, returned through courier as advised, still waiting for refund and reply from customer services, so I'll give you a 0 and won't be using you again.

Arrived late, no way to track the order, flux was missing, nozzle was missing, have emailed and explained this - no reply.

Good item and company, but only until you ask for a return and refund ; it will take ages , no communication or very poor customer service.
Finally returned item and still waiting for my refund till now.

I placed an order on the 12th Sept and now almost two weeks later have not received it.
I have called several times just to get an answerphone, left message but no one called back.
Sent an e mail to them but ne reply.
I know deliveries can go wrong but at least have someone to speak to or reply to messages and E mails.
Others may have had good service, but not this time. If you are a tradesman and need materials quickly your better off not using this company.

I haven’t had item delivered yet so can’t review service but had to chase order for update as no explanation why not delivered! so customer service not great.

Arrived damaged on delivery and they won’t refund as I had thrown away the packaging, which any normal person would do when you have to cut it then rip it open!!!

Still haven’t received it. I wasn’t made aware until after I purchased it that it would take at least a week to turn up.

I still have not received this delivery.

My mirror was damaged in transit and I am currently trying to arrange a replacement with your company.
I was advised that you would receive a replacement on Thursday 27th July and arrange despatch to me w/c 1sr August.
I was advised that you would contact me to confirm a delivery date, but currently I have received no further advices.

Ordered and charged for 22mm unit but was supplied 15mm unit. Phoned and emailed about order but no response.

Absolutely awful service again from plumb2u. Purchased on a 3 day delivery but I still haven’t seen it 12 days later. Items advertised as in store simply aren’t. This has happened 3 times recently so I won’t be making this mistake again.

It’s very hard to offer any positivity to a review.
They took my payment immediately.
I received the relative tracking information but was unable to track the item.
I waited one week without an update, so I contacted them via email despite various efforts I made to contact via their landline.
Apparently my purchase was lost in transit but due to them now being out of stock I would have to wait up to 10 days for a replacement.
I took the offered refund.
Don’t waste your time and buy elsewh.

Difficult to review as the ordered items have not been received as of 21/4/23 and there doesn't appear to be anyone to pick up a phone in the published work hours.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Poor customer service. Never received item.

Ordered and paid £95 for a water heater but there was no tracking available just a note saying it would be delivered in the next few days. After 7 days I asked where it was and I was told it might be lost in transit but they had no more stock and they would not know if they would get any more for another 10 days. I cancelled the order. It took another 7 days before I got a refund. The main problem was lack of communication so I will not be ordering from this company again.
