Can I place an order over the telephone?

We are unable to take card payments over the phone due to security reasons. You are able to place orders via the website and if you encounter any problems when ordering online we are here to help over the telephone or via live chat.

 
Can I return an item after it has been installed?

No, we do not accept returns on items that have already been installed.

 
Can I return my order?

We are happy to accept returns but please note we can only accept products if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please visit our return policy page to see all the details.
