Plumb2U have got the edge on prices, cheapest I could find for a standard Honeywell TR3. All fitted and working well.

Easy to use web site and communications good apart from no link to the chosen courier so delivery was 'as and when'.
Cant recall receiving a formal invoice that i can print out so will need to go back and check my emails, maybe a confirmation of order only but no worries.
Product faulty so contacted the manufacture directly and they resolved the issue by sending out a replacement item.

I have used Plumb2U a couple of times. I am happy with merchandise quality, the choice of items and the ease of navigating their web site. However, this particular order was part shipped and I had to chase the items not delivered via e-mail several times, their phone service diverts to voice mail. The items arrived eventually, 13 days after order. So hopefully a one off, e-mail service was responded promptly and will use them again.

Shipping was a little slower than expected but stilll got my product.

Package has a lot to be desired as it was not wrapped you could have put bubble wrap around it to avoid any damage that was the only problem.

Lovely mirror, can’t fault it and shipped swiftly and well packaged. Can’t rate customer service as I didn’t need to get in touch.

Had to check whether the items were in stock (as they were discontinued), confirmation received via email which was responded to very quickly, thankfully.
so ordered, via desktop session as mobile site didn't appear to calculate the shipping method.
Apart from that, simple process - ordered on Weds, delivered Mon.
Overall - good service.

Original cabinet arrived damaged. Contacted Plumb2u who then contacted HIB same day and a replacement cabinet was agreed to be sent out. The new cabinet arrived this afternoon (5 days later including the weekend) and was in perfect condition. It looks fabulous. It’s not being fitted until another couple of weeks but if it’s as good as the customer service received from both Plumb2u and HiB then it will be excellent.

Just missed the deadline of a 48-hour delivery, from the dispatch label it could have been caused by a backlog of after-the-weekend order (like mine); but you offered a refund on the 48-hour fee, so thank you ! Customer service rating boosted by this gesture.

Fast service and correct product only one small issue the packaging could have been better the box was open and tap hanging out. All OK no scratches.

Very good service and product at a very competitive price. Only let down by Royal Mail delivery service. It may be better to use a different delivery service.
