The high-strength UFH board, made from extruded polystyrene (XPS), offers a compressive strength of 300 kPa at 10% compression and a thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/mK. It operates within a temperature range of -50°C to +75°C and has a foam core density of 33 kg/m³. The board features a 150mm pipe center spacing and measures 600 x 1200 x 20mm, with a Europe E Class fire-retardant rating. It is 20mm thick, weighs 2.6kg, provides a 20dB sound reduction, and has a water absorption rate of 0.8% by volume. Tested to BSEN 12087, it delivers an output of 80 W/m² at 50°C, with a recommended flow temperature between 45°C and 55°C.
