We send our products through Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DX, DHL and The Pallet Network.
Available Shipping Options
We have different shipping methods and couriers.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over £10 (UK mainland only).
If you are in a rush and you need a product, have a look at the Express Delivery (UK mainland) option (1-2 working days), available for most items. Please note that this option is not availabe for all products. You can find the details at checkout or contact us if you need more details.
Some products are dipstached directly from our suppliers and the ETA may vary. You can identify them on our product pages as they have the "Direct from Supplier" text and you can find the ETA on the product page.
You can select your delivery method when you place an order. The shipping options we offer and the charges are shown below.
Our cut-off time for orders is 1PM and we dispatch items Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). All orders received after 1PM, will be dispatched on the next working day with the chosen delivery method.

1. Do you offer Next Day Delivery?
We do offer a Express delivery (1-2 working days) service for most of our products, but it is not possible on some products. Please go to checkout page to check the available delivery options or get in touch with our customer service for help. *Please note that some items are directly sent from our suppliers and ETA may vary.
2. Do you offer Next Day delivery service on cylinders?
Unfortunately not. Most of these cylinders are dispatched from the manufacturer directly and the delivery time will depend on availability and stock. Generally ETA is 2-5 working days but some ranges can take up to 15 working days to be delivered. Please get in touch if you need the products sooner than that so we can check the availability for you.
3. I've not received my order and I have a plumber booked. Can I claim plumbing costs?
No. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order on time but we highly recommend booking your plumber once you have the order.
4. How much is delivery?
We have different delivery options and prices. Please check this page to know all our shippiong options and their prices.

5. What paperwork do you include with the delivery?
We don't include any paperwork on our parcels. You will receive an email once your invoice is ready to download on our website. You can download it from your account on our website.
6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We send out the majority of orders to arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of order. For a more accurate estimate, please call the Sales Team. Many products are held in stock for fast delivery but some do have to be ordered in especially or come direct from the manufacturer to yourself.
7. Do you offer Free Delivery?
Yes, we offer Free standard delivery on orders above £10 but please note some products from our website are Click and Collect only due to their weight or dimensions.
