No. We will do our best to make sure you received your order on time but we highly recommend booking your plumber once you have the order.

We always keep our website prices as competitive as we can, however if you do find a cheaper price elsewhere please contact our sales team and we would be happy to check our pricing for you.

Ordering
Unfortunately, we can't accept cash payments. All our orders need to be placed on our website.
We are unable to take card payments over the phone due to security reasons. You are able to place orders via the website and if you encounter any problems when ordering online we are here to help over the telephone or via live chat.
Collections
Please bring your order number with you and your order details. Please make sure you receive your "Order ready for collection" email to make sure your order is ready for you.
Once we receive your order, it can take 1-3 working days to get the stock ready for you. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email to confirm your order is ready. If you need the item urgently, please give us a call and we will try to get your order ready for you ASAP.
Delivery
We have different delivery options and prices. Please go to our shipping options page to see all delivery options, ETAs and prices or add the products you are interested in the cart and check your delivery options adding your postcode.
Yes, we offer Free standard delivery on orders above £50 that weigh less than 15kg. For more information on delivery costs, please visit our 'Shipping Options' page.
Unfortunately not. Most of these cylinders are dispatched from the manufacturer directly and the delivery time will depend on availability and stock. Generally, ETA is 2-5 working days but some ranges can take up to 15 working days to be delivered. Please get in touch if you need the products sooner than that.
We offer Next WORKING Day services for most of the products but unfortunately, we can extend this service for all products. Please go to the checkout page to see if the products you are interested in are available for this service or get in touch with our customer service for help. We send out the majority of orders to arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of order. For a more accurate estimate, please call the Sales Team. Many products are held in stock for fast delivery but some do have to be ordered in especially or come direct from the manufacturer to yourself. In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, we will do our best to resolve this with the courier for you, however, please note that a parcel can only be declared as lost after 10 working days from dispatch without delivery.

We don't include any paperwork on our parcels. You will receive an email once your invoice is ready to download on our website. You can download it from your account on our website.
Due to the weight of the item, the couriers charge a surcharge. Therefore we have no option but to charge a £6.90 fee per bag of salt for delivery.
Returns
No, we do not accept returns on items that have already been installed.

If your item is faulty, the best way to sort it out is by contacting the manufacturer of the product directly. You will need a proof of purchase for it and you can find your invoice on your account. If you can't find it, please get in touch and we can send you a copy of your invoice. If you need any help on this process, please get in touch and we will guide you through the process.
We are happy to accept returns but please note we can only accept products if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please visit our return policy page to see all the details.
