You can place an order online at Plumb2u.com and collect it within our stores network including our Tucker French branches and Maloney's Branch in Epsom.
We also have Bathroom Showroom in Esher (Bathroom Gallery) where you can see some products on display and get advise for your bathroom projects.

How our Click & Collect process works?
The steps to place an order for click and collects are below:

Check the stock availability on the product pages. We use a traffic light system
Good stock level
Low stock level
No stock - Add the products to the cart
- At checkout, Select the "Click and Collect store" you want to use to collect your order. Once the order is paid, you will get an email confirmation
- Once your order is ready to collect, we will send you an email so you can collect your order
- When collecting, please bring your order number with you
Please note you need to place your order online and wait to collect the order once you received an email confirming your order is ready.
Please note we don't hold stock for all our online catalogue in stores, so please check the stock availability for each branch on the product pages.

We will do our best to get your order ready to collect soon and we will email you once is ready to collect. If you need the item urgently, we suggest you to contact us to make sure your order is ready before you come into the shop.

Unfortunately, our system will only allow you to place an order for the store we are showing stock in. However, if you need to collect your order in a different store, please contact us and we will check the availability for you and check how quickly we can get the item in the desired store.
