How Click & Collect Works
- Select Your Local Store
Set your preferred branch (top left of the page) to view live stock availability. Find your item and choose ‘Collection’ on the product page. - Place Your Order
Complete the checkout process as normal. - Wait for Confirmation
We’ll email you once your order is ready to collect – this is usually within 24 hours. - Collect Your Order
Visit your chosen branch with your order confirmation email. You’ll need to quote your order number.
Please note: for age-restricted items, valid ID may be required on collection.

We will do our best to get your order ready to collect soon and we will email you once is ready to collect. If you need the item urgently, we suggest you to contact us to make sure your order is ready before you come into the shop.
Unfortunately, we can't take orders over the phone. The orders need to be placed on our website before collection.
Unfortunately not. We offer the service of Click and Collect and the orders need to be placed online in order to collect them from the selected store.
Unfortunately, our system will only allow you to place an order for the store we are showing stock in. However, if you need to collect your order in a different store, please contact us and we will check the availability for you and check how quickly we can get the item in the desired store.
