Each water softener installation kit comes with an inlet valve, outlet valve, bypass valve, washers and 2 x stainless steel hoses. Calmag uses stainless steel full bore hoses for maximum flow rates. This version is the standard ½â€/15mm installation kits which are suitable for homes with a cold water storage tank.
If however, your home has a combination boiler or direct hot water system Calmag recommends the installation of the high flow ¾â€/22mm installation kit for water softeners.
