Polypipe Polyurethane Expanding Foam Glue (Overlay™) PB776. The Polyurethane expanding foam glue is suitable for use with both the Overlay and Overlay Lite underfloor heating systems. It is ideal to glue the ends and sides of each Overlay or Overlay Lite Floor panels.
For using the Polypipe glue you can follow the next steps. First, clean the edges of the panel and apply a 3mm bead of adhesives to the top edge. Second, lay it on the floor, making sure the grooves line with those of the Overlay End returns. When gluing the ends, ensure there is no residual glue in the pipe grooves and use short lengths of pipe to help with panel alignment.
