Again, the NSC14PRO has compact enough dimensions to allow installation in smaller spaces. The LCD display is backlit making data reading simple even in basements or poorly lit places. The NSC14PRO water softener is simple to commission and requires NO specialist work. In fact, to start the unit you only need to set two parameters - time and hardness. The salt cabinet is made of polyethylene to prevent it from deforming when full unlike inferior products widely available on the market.

This unit is supplied with a high flow and performance by-pass valve and hoses in the box; making Tapworks units easy to assemble and install. Each unit comes with a mixer to adjust the hardness and safety float in the salt cabinet to avoid unwanted spillages. During normal operation, the salt cabinet remains dry and the user can continue to use softened water during the first phase of regeneration -standard with Tapworks water softeners.

On the backlit LCD display, you can view usage data such as hardness, time, remaining exchange capacity, water softened from the previous regeneration as well as average water consumption in the last 7 days. The intelligent controller can perform an electrical self-diagnosis, keeping track of the days of operation, the total number of regenerations carried out, while checking the turbine and switches are working efficiently.
