The new pre-insulated pipe incorporates a fire-resistant insulation that is manufactured according to EN 14313.

    This high-quality pre-insulated MLCP coil pipe is designed for exceptional performance and durability. Supplied in a convenient roll, it’s easy to handle and install for various heating applications.     The advanced insulation provides excellent thermal stability, maintaining consistent temperatures and improving energy efficiency.     • Insulation : 7mm Round extruded pipe insulation made of polyethylene foam with closed-cell material structure
    • Thermal conductivity (insulation): ?=0,040 W/m*k
    • Fire resistance (insulation): class E to BS EN13501-1
    • Operating conditions (hot water): Hot water services where the water temperature does not continuously exceed 70ºC, maximum design pressure of 10 bar (conditions to class 2 - BS EN ISO 21003: 2008).
    • Operating conditions (cold water): Cold water services <20 ºC - where the maximum system pressure does not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 10 bar
    • Operating conditions (heating): Heating systems (high temperature radiators) - where the water temperature does not continuously exceed 80ºC, 10 bar (conditions to class 5 – BS EN ISO 21003: 2008).
