A vast improvement to the taps we previously had installed 10 years ago (style over substance). We can now control the water temperature and the shower/bath diverter more easily - not a fan of the bar mixers with pull /push diverters. The unit feels very solid and although the photo on the website shows a plastic hose, the one that came with it was metal, and fitted our existing shower head perfectly. Very easy to install using existing pillars too. Perfect.
