    When a gravity drain isn’t available, this Soakaway Unit offers a reliable alternative, ideal for condensate or overflow discharge systems. Designed to be filled with 10mm lime chippings, the unit safely disperses liquid into the surrounding soil. Perfect for installations where direct drainage is not feasible.

    Key Features:
    • Suitable for use where no gravity drain is available
    • Compatible with inlet pipe sizes:
    • 22mm (3/4") overflow
    • 32mm (1-1/4")
    • 40mm (1-1/2")
    • Designed for use with 10mm lime chippings (not included)
