The Honeywell Home T3R Y3H710RF0053 Wireless 7-Day Programmable Thermostat & Receiver is the perfect way to control your home’s heating with ease and efficiency. 

This thermostat is compatible with a range of heating systems, including gas boilers, combi-boilers, and heat pumps. It operates on 24–230V on/off appliances, though it is not suitable for electric heating (240V).

The T3R thermostat comes with a large, backlit display for clear visibility, even in low light. Designed with the installer in mind, the Honeywell T3R includes a receiver module with flexible mounting options for installation directly on the wall or a wall box. Wiring can be done from below or from the back by lifting the terminal platform, ensuring a quick and easy installation process.

With a sleek, modern design, the Honeywell T3R wireless programmable thermostat blends seamlessly into any home. It also features fault alerts, a boiler service reminder, and a user-friendly receiver box with LED indicators and an override button for ultimate convenience.

    The T3R thermostats are designed to provide automatic time and temperature control of heating systems in homes and apartments. The Tr3 It’s compatible with 24‐230V on/off appliances such as gas boilers, combi‐boilers and heat pump. Also works with zone valve applications but not with electric heating (240V).

    The T3R versions support also OpenTherm® appliances.

    The solution is designed with the installer in mind and includes a receiver module with mounting options for directly on the wall or on a wall box. Wiring can be from below or from the back by lifting the terminal platform, which makes installation quick and easy.

Easy to fit receiver for an average diy home owner. However, the thermostat itself cannot be regarded as very user friendly. It replaced a previous Honeywell thermostat which was easy to programme whereas the new one is challenging to set up your own programme. I think I have mastered it (after several attempts) and overall it is doing the job required of it.
