Saniflo Sanipack Pro Up Macerator Pump 6052

My product was damaged when we opened. The rubber seal was split and some internal packaging was missing. The Saniflo had obviously been returned with a problem and not checked. I have left messages with Plumb2u but have had no response. I am very concerned and angry.

Quiet. Replaced a 2006 Sanipack. Used a Saniflow specialist and very glad I did with pipe clearance, a professional fit and great maintenance ideas
This unit has a user friendly inspection hatch to recover any flushed wipes or anything else - vital
Saniflo with a small out pipe can be blocked by limescale
Mandatory :
- using macerator descaler 3 times a year
Optional
- we invested in a Little Plumber LP2 limescale conditioner
- using Ecozone Magnoloo Anti-lime scale magnets in loo cister.

The pump was competitively priced and arrived within a couple of days of ordering. Its a big improvement over the pump I was replacing in the morning terms of noise level and ease of maintenance.

A good product - have fitted many - no issues - there are always cheaper makes, but i know spares are available - so still confident.

Not fitted, so difficult to comment but our previous Saniflo sanipak was excellent.

Not used yet.
