    The Sanicompact is a compact WC unit with built-in macerator and inlet so you can install a basin to create a cloakroom even in the smallest of spaces. A macerator is a pump that can be installed to take black waste water away from WC's, basins, showers and a range of other appliances. It is a pump featuring a cutting blade that grinds up waste into pulp for discharge through small bore pipework to a drainage pipe.

    The Sanicompact is ideal for compact spaces and you can add a basin to the small WC. The product comes with a Sanicompact unit, non-return valve and floor fixings.

    The Sanicompact requires 1.7 bar dynamic incoming water pressure (i.e. measured whilst the water is flowing into the Sanicompact and not static pressure). The Sanicompact doesn’t need a cistern and it discharges through 32 mm pipework. It has an automatic push button flush connected to the domestic mains water supply and it has a water saving flush system. With a soft close seat, quiet motor, no need for a cistern and super-compact design the Sanicompact is perfect for creating an en-suite or cloakroom. It is quieter and more efficient than other products on the market. The Sanicompact comes with a 2 year warranty.

Brought as a like for like replacement and as the previous toilet had lasted 12 years so I believe this to be a reliable toilet as this length of time easily supercedes the guarantee.
