    This professional pipe bender is designed for small and intermediate runs, whether at the factory or on-site. It efficiently bends copper pipes up to Ø35 mm and multi-layer pipes up to Ø40 mm, saving time and energy with instantaneous manual bend die return, eliminating the need for motor or battery use.

    Equipped with two 18V – 2 Ah batteries, it delivers a long service life of up to 130 bending operations (copper Ø28 mm / 90°), making it ideal for frequent use. The drive shaft indexing every 90° allows for easy repositioning at the initial angle, while the articulated hook ensures quick pipe fitting and removal.

    The design provides clear space around the bend die, enabling multiple bending operations in any plane—even for small diameters. Suitable for both flat and vertical bending of long pipes, it features two tripod housings for stable positioning.

    Precision and ease of use are enhanced by a self-adjusting clutch for easy gearbox engagement and a speed controller for accurate bending stops. Release bent pipes safely without risk of damage by simply pulling the pressure die away. Bend and pressure dies can be swapped quickly and tool-free.

    Built for durability and portability, the unit has a light but solid aluminium casing, wearproof coated gears, and a PP handle reinforced with fiberglass for comfortable operation.
