This is a very practical shower, my first one worked perfectly well for several years until the shower valve cartridge needed replacing. As this was so expensive I decided to replace the whole shower for very little extra. Replacing it was easy, just a couple of nuts. I only gave it four stars as the hose arrived damaged, it had been forced into the box leaving a severe kink in it. Fortunately I had the old hose to use until a replacement arrived.
