A very good, updated version of the original tank. Very sleek & modern looking. My only criticism with the installation kit, was the fact that the replacement pipes didn't fit my tap as the new pipes were a narrower diameter & not flexible enough to fit to the tap copper pipes. I had to buy a length of new rubber pipe to connect the new tank to my old tap. It would be more useful & convenient to supply either more flexible pipes or additional connections to make the Neo tank more conpatable. .

Easy to fit this replacement boiler; required following the failure of a 5 year old unit.

So far so good. Seems much better than the previous version it replaced whihc went faulty after 4 years.

The tank works well, is quiet when heating the water up. The only thing is the smell, which I hope goes away after a while.
