Great piece of kit at a good price. Very well built and does the job nicely. British made which is a bit of a rarity made by a good company which we've dealt with before.

Bought to replace old Monarch softener that had failed after 18 years service. This model is a the same as the Monarch Midi from a few years ago (but much better than my old one). Fitting was straightforward, though the inlet and outlet had swapped round from my old one, making it a little more work. The softener came with all the fittings including corrugated stainless steel flexible pipes. Flow rates are excellent and very effective at softening the hard water in Essex.

Installed at the weekend, so far so good.
