Specified when purchased it was near 4 week that I was refunded and was out of pocket due to boiler been set unsatisfactory conditions and left without heating and hot water for multiple weeks because of this I wouldn't advise buying from them unless you can see the item in the flesh made various excuses was constantly chasing for what was happening with no answers easily coming.
